For those who may not know, SM Artists are currently in Shanghai for the SM Town Live 2008. The SM Artists who will be performing are Dong Bang Shin Ki, CSJH The Grace, Super Junior, Jang Ri In, Girls’ Generation and SHINee. I’m not sure if BoA will be there. But I guess not.

I have updates on the upcoming new shows on ABS-CBN.

1. The Singing Bee Season 2

Don’t be sad that the No.1 primetime show will bid farewell for a while. It will be back in 2009. Cesar Montano will still host the show.

2. National Bingo Night

Its an American game show that aired from May 2007 to June 2007. There was another game show named Bingo America which ran on December 2007. We will have our pinoy version on ABS-CBN.

In National Bingo Night it was divided into three games, Red, White and Blue. Only cards with the correct designation were eligible to win prizes. Unlike the audience members, studio contestants did not actually have a bingo card. Instead, they participated in stunt games. I don’t know if it will have the same format here.

3. Pinoy Big Brother Season 3

Yes! There will be a third season of Pinoy Big Brother. This will start next year. Pinoy Fear Factor will start before the year ends.

4. Bagets

Its a remake of the 1984 hit “Bagets” starring Aga Mulach, William Martinez, Herbert Bautista, JC Bonin, Raymond Lauchengco, Eula Valdez and Yayo Aguila. There is no line-up of casts yet.

5. Super Inggo Book 2
This is a follow-up teleserye of the successful Super Inggo and Super Inggo 1.5 Ang Bagong Bangis. This is still staring Makisig Morales who is now turning 12 this December. Super Inggo defeated Darna’s winning streak Nationwide.

6. Kung Fu Kids Book 2
This is a sequel of the hit teleserye Kung Fu Kids. This teleserye defeated GMA’s Marimar. It broke Marimar’s No. 1 winning streak on January nationwide ratings. Lobo became No.1 last February and July.

7. Banana Split
Its a gag show that might replace either That’s My Doc or Goin Bulilit. This is starring Bangs Garcia, Kristine Hermosa, Christine Reyes, and Valerie Concepcion.
